Gharana Stays LLP provides an online platform connecting Guests seeking stays with Hosts offering experiential homestays, farm stays, and vacation homes. We facilitate discovery, communication, and booking but do not own or control listed properties (unless explicitly mentioned).
Guest – a user booking or staying at a listed property. Host – a user listing or managing a property. Listing – a property available for booking. Booking – a confirmed reservation. Service Fee – the fee charged by Gharana Stays LLP. Cancellation Policy – refund and cancellation rules applicable to each listing.
Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts. Users must provide accurate details, safeguard account credentials, and not misuse the Platform. Activities such as posting false content, unlawful use, or unauthorized commercial exploitation are prohibited.
We act only as an intermediary between Hosts and Guests. We are not a party to rental agreements, and we do not guarantee property condition, legality, or safety. We may assist in dispute resolution but hold no liability for actions of Guests or Hosts.
A booking is confirmed once full or partial payment is received. Payments are processed via secure gateways and may include taxes and service fees. Host payouts occur after check-in or per agreed terms, net of fees and taxes.
Each listing specifies its cancellation policy. Guest cancellations within policy limits qualify for refunds minus fees. Host cancellations provide full refunds or relocation options. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. No refunds for no-shows or early checkouts unless stated.
Guests must provide correct information, follow House Rules, respect property boundaries, avoid illegal activities, and prevent nuisance or damage. Violations may result in eviction without refund and possible legal action.
Hosts must maintain accurate listings, ensure hygiene and safety, comply with regulations, and avoid unnecessary cancellations. Gharana Stays may delist properties violating quality or trust standards.
Guests are responsible for any property damage during their stay. Hosts may deduct from security deposits or request Gharana Stays to charge the Guest’s payment method to recover damages.
If a property is misrepresented, unsafe, or unavailable, Guests must report within 24 hours with evidence. Gharana Stays may provide refunds or relocation based on verification. Our decision is final.
Gharana Stays LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the booking amount paid. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform usage.
Users agree to indemnify Gharana Stays LLP from claims or losses arising from legal violations, breach of Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
All Platform content, logos, and designs belong to Gharana Stays LLP. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. User-generated content may be used for marketing or verification.
Data is processed as per our Privacy Policy in compliance with IT Act and SPDI Rules. Users agree to this processing by using the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Gharana Stays LLP may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, riots, or government actions.
Users must indemnify Gharana Stays LLP for losses arising from misuse, unlawful actions, or breach of Terms.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Awards are final and binding.
Accounts may be terminated or suspended for fraud, violations, or misconduct without prior notice.
